Photoshop help required for wheelchair user poster, please!

Hi,

I am carrying out research into Wheelchair users in the Wicklow region.
I have almost completed my research and will be presenting it to many people in a month from now.
I am looking to have a strong graphic on my poster which fuses the map image of Wicklow inside the wheel of a wheelchair... this will immediately inform the reader that the research poster is about wheelchair users in Wicklow..

the Wicklow map needs to have Arklow, Bray, Greystones and Wicklow Town on it and say Co. Wicklow on it...

the poster will be 56" x 36" and the image will be about 1/5 of this size.

the images i provided might be too sh*t quality?

i'd really appreciate some help....its for a good cause.. maybe we can have a competition?
