'Flying' is, again, a loaded phrase.
It will be identified, it was found.

If a UFO hits the ground, how can you call it a UFO if it has stopped flying?

It's NOT a UFO (loaded phrase), it's a piece of scrap metal that fell to the ground over Russia.
If this thread wasn't so biased, the title would indeed be "Piece of scrap metal fell to ground in Russia", but that doesn't make for a catchy discussion topic ;-)
