Bolts needed for coffee table

    Hi I need your help.
    Im doing a little project and need to bolt a glass top onto wood.
    The glass has 8mm holes drilled in the right positions but i a finding it hard to find the correct bolts, with an aesthetic cap. Can anyone help?
    attached is the table my design is loosly based on and what i have now. ideally the bolts would sit pretty flush with the glass and have a low profile. thanks
