Cisco (UPC) router broadcasting multiple 'networks'

Just after noticing when I'm connecting to my network there are several hidden networks coming up (3/4) as well as the SSID I've set up. The MAC for these is the same, except for the last letter which can be B, C, D, F etc. They appear to be unsecured and when I connect to them my SSID appears, and it connects as normal.…

Same channel, same signal strength. I just want to know how to disable this, and why it happens. I've only set up port forwarding on the router, and can't seem to see options relating to this.

It's a known issue with the Cisco. You may need to reset the router again,
that sorted it for me and others on here.

if not, you'll have to call UPC and they will be able to sort it.
