i'm applying for a license for another rifle and i wanted to check if i have what is deemed as secure accommodation for the number of guns in my house.

on the bottom of page 4 of the FCA1 form it states:

Your requirements will depend on the number and type of firearms you possess. Specific details of requirements are contained in
S.I. No. 307 of 2009 Firearms (Secure Accommodation) Regulations 2009, accessible on www.garda.ie.

but i cannot find anything on garda.ie about it, can anybody help?
