€800 to Spend on a Laptop in Currys/PC World...advice?

Well lads,

Looking for a new laptop in PC World/Currys as I have a voucher for 400quid. I was thinking that if I put another 400 quid, I should be able to get a nice machine.

I was looking at the Macbook Air but don’t think I could cough up that much money for laptop.

Ideally, I'd like a similar style ultra-book with a minimum screen size of 13 inches.

Anyone have any other alternatives?

Surfing online, watching movies , legally downloading movies and Photoshop will be the main uses.

Perhaps playing a small bit of gaming as well!

Overall the Toshiba is the better laptop, however the HP has one advantage. It's GPU is an entry level, dedicated GPU. Compared to the integrated GPU on the Toshiba. That means for gaming it'll be the better option (though don't expect to be playing games on the highest settings). But if you only game lightly then the Toshiba will still manage fine.
