I have two dogs one of which likes to put her paws up on the glass patio doors to stretch ! Thing is the claws to tend to scrap the glass. She used to bounce off the door when a pup and while this has calmed down she can still some times jump and scratch the door. Anyway it is getting ruined i was wondering if anyone has come across something to protect the doors.

I have spotted a thin plastic sheet on amazon that can be placed on the glass (like a giant protector that you might put on your iphone screen :D) but i was hoping to pick something in store rather than have it delivered. Maybe in a DIY store.

I was just thinking of the stuff we used to line drawers with, I think it was called Contact paper. Whatever it was used to come on a roll like wallpaper, it was opaque and adhesive. I'd say your best bet is to ask in a diy shop.
