Front pannier rack for Giant Expression N7?

    Anybody has a Giant Expression N7 or similar and has fitted front pannier racks on to it? I tried Halfords' set but didn't fit: the place inside one of the fork legs where the break cable goes is right in the way of the clamping plate. Plus the whole fitting was kinda loose. Any suggestions please?
