    I think you solved it Dela, crick neck from holding phone while driving, handsfree is the way to go.

    Don't know where it came from. Going to lash two hot water bottles to either side of my neck and see how it goes.

    OK. Thanks for the cake but chocolate is a very strong flavour I'd rather have mildy malted plain biscuit and maybe some weak lemon drink.

    This has nothing to do with FTGFOP's neck or the soreness thereof.
