Commuting from Navan to Dublin City Centre

Hi all I'm going to be spending a few nights a week in my boyfriends house in Navan and was just wondering what the commuting options are into Dublin City ? Driving is out as I have no access to parking. What are the bus and train options like ? Thanks in advance
