Lost the little pedal magnet for my cadence sensor during the cycle today. Is it possible to get a replacement one somewhere like ebay or that? If so, can someone point me in the right direction. I used it with a Garmin edge 500.

    Thanks.

Any magnet should work fine, they're just magnets. When I switched from the CatEye to the Garmin, I just the left the cadence magnet in place and it's worked fine ever since.

Put one of these on and you will never lose it, no straps either.

Yep those rare earth magnets are great. I stack two of them, as it gives the right height, into the well that is left at the back end of the crank where the pedal screws in. Very neat.

Try Trailblazers in Carrick, they have wheel sensor magnets, as I got one a few weeks ago. The magnet can be popped out of the casing and put on with a piece of tape or super glue. Very helpful in there, I'm sure they will sort it out for you.

I have spd-sl pedals however all I do is hold another magnet close to them and they pop straight out. Easy as pie :D
