Rather than am intended recovery run this morning of 4 miles, I found out I had to be home earlier, so 3 faster miles instead. Pace of 8'30. Legs were fine actually.

Great half time! Interesting the point you make about mental blocks and wanting to stop during a race... I've had a couple of those, the worst of which was with about 400 metres to go in a 5k

Well done on the sub 1:45 :)

16 mile Lsr in the park today in 2'32.

Did 7 on my own before I had Shaz''s lovely company for the next 9. Lovely morning for a run and really enjoyed this one. Legs were tired a few times but we soldiered on.

Beautiful morning, quite breezy on the way home. Legs felt tired for the last mile or so, but I'm really enjoying running at the moment.

Enjoyed this run, felt strong. Lots of runners out this am, none of them made eye contact, I don't get that!
