Hey lads,
My girlfriend bought a yaris around 3 weeks ago. It 2001 vvti, with 56,000 miles on it. It had been sittin up for one month when we bought it, so we decided to get it serviced (by a friend doing a nixer) before we started driving it.
Since it arrived back to the house, it hasn't been driven a whole lot, just little twenty minute runs every couple of days. So its more or less been sitting up for two months.
Last night, we drove it to tesco, we parked up and we came back out the car wouldn't start. All the inside electrics were working (radio, lights etc).
After about 15 the car started again and seemed to be perfect.
Im really worried over what it could be? Any suggestions? Hopefully just the battery!
(There is a rattle coming from the engine, but two mechanics have said that it isnt a problem).
