Good Indie/Alternative Playlist?

So, does anyone have any recommendations for decent Indie/Alt playlists out there?

I used subscribe to a good one a few years back but it stopped running, switched over to the Blalock one but that has become more and more about putting together 100+ songs made by blokes in their bedrooms on synth and drum machine. There's no quality control either.

So I need to find a new Indie Playlist to get my fix. Shoot!!!!

Actually Mr,Stuf do you fancy starting one off foe Alt/Indie.

    Here's my thoughts:

We could do one a month, where posters who want to be involved can nominate 2/3 tracks a week or something? (I'd definitely limit the number that people can suggest or else you'll get a list of mediocrity).

I'd lean towards songs from that month/2012 only rather than a generic one.

Or we could do two, one for new songs and one for a big fuc k off list.

A stickied thread for each and then, every Monday my self or Jeff can add the songs to the original post. Or we might be able to set up a soundcloud/grooveshark/spotify for it.

    Reactions?

I'd go for the two lists. The big generic f-off list would be interesting, especially if each poster is limited to only a few choices each.

    Amazing idea!!

I reckon 2 would be good.

    1) A playlist for new stuff

    2) A playlist made up of regular contributors' favourite tunes through the years (although i'm guessing this would have to be limited to 1-2 entries each as everyone would have a shed load of tracks to nominate!

Limited to Alt/Indie? Or any kind of music because the posters here have such wonderful and well-rounded tastes?

Howsabout doing it as YouTube playlists?

Well what ever is good i'm guessing! Alternative and Indie are pretty expansive terms.

There's a thread over here to discuss it though :)
