XxMCRxBabyxX - Love your nails! I might do mine in a similar way tomorrow, they're very cute! :D

Links - I hope you're okay hun. I hope things get better for you soon. As someone else said, you do look really girly and cute and you're so sweet as well so I think it's really horrible that you feel scared to be yourself.

I'm so proud of myself. I made more buns, some little cinnamon biscuits and pancakes all from scratch! :D

Thanks, I had to cut my precious nails seeing as I broke half of them so I wanted to do something and I got this 4 set of polishes in Primark in London over the weekend and just added the orange colour to the mix!

Feckin Irish can never handle the heat. I'm an african desert girl, I crave proper heat, and I'm talking 40!

I love the heat too but can't sit still long enough to sunbathe so usually get my tan from playing ball games in the sea/pool.

I was working in 42 degree heat in Toronto with no A/C, one of my Canadian work colleagues came in and said " Hey Irish, you look hot....and not in a good way!". Thanks Kyle!! :p

No Celcius, yeah it does, summers there are roasting.

Edit: 42 Fahrenheit would be 5 degrees Celcius, not exactly balmy!!

I just get annoyed sunbathing, prefer to be up doing something or swimming. there's a marina down in the little town near where their house is so its a nice spot to go for a jog.

really, that was putting me off going there if I wind up going later in the year, that it was so cold, was looking at Vancouver as its a pacific side city so may be a bit warmer. this changes everything!

Toronto in Spring and Autumn is fab, in summer it's lovely too but gets a bit much, winter is HORRIFIC!!! So f-ing cold from November to March, but this year they had no snow. Summer is fab for the most part, few weeks in August that are a bit much when trying to work, fine if you're on holidays.

Weather in Vancouver is meant to be much more like here, way more rain than Toronto. Toronto is quite near New York so it's got pretty similar weather to there.

I worked in Crete for 5 months when I was 18 and of course they'd have to have a 48 degree heatwave when I was there. Working in a bar at night then trying to sleep in that heat with no air con was horrible. Early to mid 30s is perfect for me.

Toronto on a summer night at sunset, taken from a boat cruise on the lake where we were sitting sipping our beers, heaven. God I miss the place.

God I don't know how anyone would think it was boring, it's amazing, I loved it so much. Wish it was closer to here so it didn't cost me €1500 to visit :( I absolutely love it, the only reasons I didn't stay were the winter and being too far from my family, other than that I would have stayed there forever. Toning down the cursing and black humour for Canadians took a bit of getting used to but the city, the food, the sights, everything, was worth it.

Tbh that's his own fault so, it's easy to get out there and meet people and have a great time. Rent is pricey enough in the city centre, but go up or out a bit and it's not that bad, we lived right in the middle of things and ours was pricey but friends living about 15 min subway ride out of the main part were in much cheaper places. Food is very cheap there though, as are lots of tourist activities, public transport, eating out, drinks aren't too bad price wise either. If you want to pm me for any info feel free.

just install firefox as your web browser and there's a plugin that lets you download stuff directly from youtube as mp3s, google chrome does it too.

I genuinely didnt even think realplayer was still around, awful, awful software
