From Grand Canal Theatre to Westmooreland Street

Anyone know how to best get to the Grand Canal Theatre? Also what would be the best route to take for leaving if I want to head for Westmooreland Street straight after. Going to a concert there on thursday so will need to know how to get there and how to get my bus home.
