If ISP was to block access to certain websites. How could you get around it?

Say my 'parents' request that UPC blocked facebook or youtube, from being accessed from our internet connection.

How would I then go and use those websites from that same connection? It could come in handy in the future?

Simples, I'd Google it like everyone else, not ask on a public forum where they can't tell you

UPC won't do that, it's not their responsibility. If your parents want to block your Internet access, that's too bad for you.
