I found my watched jammed in between the car seats. Delighted!

Good start to the day already.

Hope everyone has a good day. :)

I tried the Cadbury Philadelphia last night. Pure vomit.

Hello loungers, how are we all today? :) I got such a good night's sleep last night and I feel great. The weather is quite nice here as well, it's sunny even though it's a little bit cold. Going to stay with the bf later so I'm all excited. :D

I was just watched Ireland am and there was a girl on who'd set up a dating service for people who are already married/in relationships.
Little bit disgusted by the whole thing, I know if people want to cheat, they'll cheat, but don't try make money out of it.
Also men have to pay to register, women don't.

yes! It is not nice at all. Reminds me of the crappy chocolate yoplait yoghurts from the 80s! Bleurgh.

Today marks the end of an era and the start of a new and hopefully more successful one, career-wise. Change is hard but I'm forcing myself to think positively about this, because I have to. Like ripping a plaster off.

Feeling very sad about Davy jones. Had such a crush on him with his shiny brown eyes at age 5, watching monkees re-runs on Saturday morning! 66 is very young to go. :(

Now we know whose haircut Justin bieber is copying....

Thought how it was gas how Sinead Desmond went for yer one. Ended with "well we'll see how you feel if you are ever cheated on!". Twas a tad defensive, but completely understandable. I wonder if the woman representing the company was Irish would there have been such and us vs them approach!

:( I really want to try it. My reasoning is that if I combine my two of my favourite things in the world, how could it be a bad thing?!? (The rational part of my brain tells me it's going to be gross.)

That's what I thought but no no no it wasn't nice at all.

There's isn't a distinct taste of chocolate or cheese off it. Think if I'm going to go from cream cheese again I'll stick to the garlic & herb flavour.

I've 3 more small containers off it. Think I'll try trick the kids into thinking it's a treat. I'm an evil genius!

Oh no, I don't like the look of that!

Tried it and wasn't too gone on it. I found that it had a strong stinging after taste and it didn't taste like cheese but didn't taste like chocolate either! I guess I know why it was on sale in Dunnes for a euro.. disappointing for Cadbury really.

Was it Ashley Madison.com? Their slogan is "Life's short - have an affair".

I always just think, imagine you joined up and spotted your other half on it too?

    Stupid, mouldy rented accomodation.

I've only got 90g's of it. Don't think thats enough to make a cheese cake.

    Good idea though!

I suppose it's got something to do with the fact that Kraft took over Cadburys, didn't they?

    They did indeed

was trying to go heavier with dumbells today and nearly dropped one on my face
Thats what I get for not concentrating, which then in turn put me off form :-/

So much to do today, and tomorrow...potentially won't be available at the weekend which gives me more to do now.

I've done all the non-academic stuff already (so it still counts as a productive mid term):
serious clean up of house, recycling years of notes/sorting folders and books, hovering etc, dealt with bank that messed up laser card and savings account, also sorted out grant (thanks trinity >.<) applied for new i.d and *finally* booked another test I'd been putting off for months. Dealt with e-mail build up. I also made banana bread.

    *gets coffee and banana bread*

Edit: cream cheese and chocolate?? :O

God chocolate philadelphia sounds rank! What's wrong with the old standard, Nutella? (mmmm....nutella...)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 8,057 ✭✭✭MissFlitworth

I think chocolate philadelphia sounds like the lazy persons (aka - me) chocolate cheesecake. If it was chocolatey enough I could be very happy with a tub of it & a packet of digestives.

Weather here is beautiful today! So nice we've had to shut the office curtains and sit in the dark. Gah

That sounds genius... if it was nice that is. I think I've got to try it, just to rule it out y'see

I had a really light sleep last night but weirdly feel better for it than if I'd had a deep sleep...!

If they brought out a strawberry or lemon one I'd drop round to the Philadelphia factory and do a one man flashmob Thank You dance.

I'm giving up on helping my OH fill out forms. Everytime I do and I have to tell him he'll have to do things he doesn't want to I get the head bit off me.
He's now in a strop cause I told him he'd have to drop into welfare (I said it in a nice way, said I'd drive, I'd wait with him and if he did it he won't spent days waiting for a phone call back from them and getting more stressed in the process). I also said I'd try call on his behalf but that was shot down. It seems I'm a selfish heartless cow for making him do things like that when he's so stressed.
I love him, but he's the worst in the world to fight with. Always makes me feel like sh*t.

Oh and now I'm told I don't care that his dad is in hospital. It's amazing how quickly he forgot about last weekend.

Don't know if that chocolate philadelphia would be any good for cheesecake, I think it's low fat :( I do want to try it on a digestive biscuit but I can't find it anywhere.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,390 ✭✭✭Stench Blossoms

Dunnes and Tesco have it but trust me, you aren't missing anything.

Bah. Suppose I'll just have to stick with the old cheddar slice + chocolate square combo for my cheese and chocolate fix!
