At long last..... 9 years ago when I renewed my Licence it was due to be introduced, so I got a 3 year thinking the new style would be in by the time it expired!!!!!
Any other Irish effiency stories to match the 9 year plastic licence introduction?

I remember them, some politician reacting to a drama documentary, I am glad they never issued them, it would have been the dumbest move in history.

I got my tax refund right on time, sooner than I expected it actually. Also all those big pharmaceutical and software companies, not noted for having patience with delays given the nature of their markets, seem to be having a good experience so far.

So I guess that's my Irish efficiency story.
