Got mine today... Not useful as a daily keyboard and mouse, but awesome for use as a media keyboards etc

    Thanks a lot OP

mine is in the xbox, so handy for all the new apps that have search functions, it's painful typing with the joypad

Just off the phone with Logitech, and they said that the mouse should still be coming up.. So i went through the order process with him online, and it still didn't, he asked me what model was the mouse, I checked back here, told him, and he said because it's didn't appear, and i did get the message with my order, he's going to add it with..

    Yay. :D:D

Perfect, after ordering Raspberry Pi this morning.

Have to say Logitech was one of the better support lines i ever rang, and sorted it quickly.

    Thanks OP too. :)

K230 arrived yesterday with free mouse, K400 arrived today all alone.
The touchpad one should be ideal for my media centre - I see it works with Xbox, any more gadgets it'll work with?

    Try this?

You can just use the usb receiver off the keyboard, you'll need to download this piece of software http://www.logitech.com/en-us/349/6127 and that will let you connect multiple devices to one receiver

ok. contacted logitech today and the girl told me that she would mail me back the decision from her supervisor. came back offering to cancel my order and give me a 35% discount on any two logitech items. So, say, the keyboard and any other logitech device. Was thinking of getting a logitech smart remote anyway so I may take her up on the offer.............the harmony 1 is usually 129 quid!

Hi guys, got mine K230 the other day and up and running now. I notice there are no led's on it at all, not even for the usual caps and num lock.

    Can these be turned on

It sounds like there is absolutely no LEDS on the keyboard,

buy you should try the Set Point software you can download for the keyboard which is actually very nice, it will show a transparent overlay on your screen when you press caps lock on or off, a volume bar for when increase the change etc...

    You can download it here:

    http://www.logitech.com/en-roeu/support-downloads/downloads/keyboards/devices/8276?section=downloads&bit=&osid=14

One of the pro's of using this instead of LEDs, is that you can keep your eyes on screen to know wether you've turned caps on or off.

Although i do understand how it's nice to have leds on the keyboard also.

    thanks waveform,

it's becoming clear to me now that is has no led's as it is described as compact and basic and maybe more suitable for gaming etc but it does give on screen warning about cap locks etc.

Still a nice piece of kit for €20 yo yo and fee delivery.:):)

Have that software and was able to assign a www key which is good.

Can someone do me a favour and check this link to download the setpoint software for the K230 keyboard.
When I choose what OS i want it does nothing.
I had the same problem with the software for adding another device with just using the one receiver.
If u can post a direct link for the download thanks.
