Problem with door on bosch dishwasher.

Can anyone recommend a person to look at a dishwasher in my house in Leixlip. The house is rented and I'm out of the country. The tenants mentioned a problem with the door catch, its not catching when the door is closed. Its a Bosch dishwasher, integrated type. Thanks :) Edit, its the same as this one.
