Outlook 2010 not showing pics?

I can not view any images in my received mails? Only have a red X where the image should be, this was working fine until this evening and i have had no updates or changes? Using outlook 2010. Any one know how to fix this? thanks

As far as I am aware Outlook does not download images in emails unless you tell it to or have set it to always download images from a particular sender.

I have previously been able to see pictures, only changed today.

Fixed and for anyone else with this problem:

This issue may occur if the Outlook Secure temp folder doesn’t have enough free space.
Try to clear the contents from the following folder location and verify the status:
C:\Users\ username \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\xxxxxxx
Note: ensure Outlook is not open when clearing the Outlook Secure Temp folder.
