03 Honda accord euro r price?

Hey guys, I'm in the market for a new car and was thinking about taking a look at a cl7 euro r. But from what I can see on donedeal they are all asking for around 10,500 for 03 models, is that a fair price for them? I could get a 05 dc5 teg for that like?

There is a few knocking around the 7.5k region. Theyre rare enough though!
