    Raw up first? That's a shocker. Cena/Kane must be last so, unless they have someone huge coming in to the Smackdown match. And no, Christian doesn't count as huge.

    I'd actually expect Ziggler in the SD chamber too now, they seem fond of having him pull double duty.
