I really hate to make statements that can make one seem as a "smart mark" (etc)

But punk uses that kick alot. Its stupid to think that he could do jericho that much damage ... then next week, and there after, guys recieve the same kick and it doesnt do the same 'effect/damage'

He was thrown down steps, fell through a cameraman and smacked his head though. So it doesn't just have to be the kick.

I am guessing the camera man was supposed to be responsible for Jericho getting injured. Guess he is also just going to cry his way into the WM main event.
