Best ICS budget android tablet?

What budget android tablet do you recommend to buy that will meet the following specs:

10" display
Runs Ice Cream Sandwich
Can connect external USB hard drive to it

It will mainly be used for general browsing with nothing too demanding. Would love to buy the Prime but can't justify it so looking to buy the best budget tablet, all recommendations appreciated.

I've yet to see one of these, to be honest.

These all seem like pricy enough machines, apart from the last one.

This came up on Engadget yesterday might be worth a look, also i know its not ICS but the HTC flyer was in the bargain alerts yerterday, didnt read it myself as id prob end up wanting/buying one, might be worth a look too
