sky is useless

we seem to have problem with our sky dish , we loose signal very often , so i rang sky ( 3 times i was getting disconnected) any way i was told to check the wires and so on and then i was told that if they will send "the guy" to fix the dish i will have to pay 100euro call out fee !!!! i told her that im paying big money…

Tell them you are cancelling because of the call out fee and you have had a better offer from another company. They will send the guy for nothing and possibly give you something off your sub. I rang them today said i was leaving and got 25% off for 12 months.
