    Hi
New house and all outlet sewer/shower pipes need to be sealed. We have mice at the moment and this is probably the point of entry.

Whats the best way to seal around the pipes? Expanding foam, silicone, something else? Can mice chew through expanding foam?

Also the mice are located in the suspended ceiling and chewing the wires for the spotlights in the kitchen resulting in 8 out of 12 spots gone. Whats best way to get rid? Only access is through hole for spots so not that easy.

    Any help appreciated.

Mice usually follow the same route so block them all. They will eat through silicone and foam so stuff broken pce of glass down the hole before filling.
