FN key not working

My borther in law decided to disable some services on his laptop. And since then his FN key is not working and he cant remember which ones he disabled. He has a toshiba satilite pro laptop Does anyone know what service needs to be restarted for this.

Run msconfig, go into services and enable them all or start any disabled ones one at a time.

Thats what i told him.

Was just wanted to know if anyone knew the service off hand.

Guess he will be restarting service for the next hour or so!
