Keeping a private bank account

Hi all Is there any such thing as a private bank account anymore that the revenue does not have access to here or in the UK, or anywhere in Europe for that matter.

Seriously? You are looking for somewhere to put money, possibly rental income going by previous posts, so revenue cant see it and you dont have to pay tax.
