should I torch on felt for a shed?

Hi guys, i was going to buy a shed off a local suppliers in cork. The felt would have to be nailed down.…

I live in a cork city. not near a coast or anything.
The felt would have to be nailed down. Would the felt that you nail down have the same lifespan torch on felt shed?
