Using Dundrum Mastercard Prepaid

I have a mastercard prepaid from Dundrum Shopping Centre. I just thought of something: I can't reload it, and I can't take cash out with it (afaik). So how do I finish using it? Do I have to say to a shop: I'll pay partially with this card, and partially with cash/other card? Or can I take out cash with it? The info on the…

Yes, you can part pay for something with whatever is left on the card
