    Why can't you view your courses timetable outside of the college computers?? Very annoying especially this time of year!

    What I get: Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to timetable.gmit.ie:8011

    Their thinking is surely that "if they come in to get the timetable they'll stay in for lectures" which is stupid. Very annoying alright.

    What benefits does it have not being able to access it online outside the GMIT network? The same committed students will attend anyways and you have to go to the library or IT centre to check for timetable changes. It's a small inconvenience I know but I don't see any benefits at all.

    I printed it off I'm not thick. Timetables are constantly changing in the fist couple of weeks into a new semester,it would just be 'handy'I suppose to have access to it outside of the IT centre!
