BBC 3 and 4 on astra

Hi everybody, I used to watch the free to air channels with my old skybox but now the skybox is broken and I was advised to get a satellite receiver instead of replacing it. Everything is pretty much the same but I can't find bbc 3 and bbc 4 with the new system. Does anybody know if it's possible to get them? Thanks

What astra will be better? I see that there are a couple of them with options about trasborders and other settings..
Sorry but I don't know much about it
