Aimed at first time drinkers /Student or non-often drinkers!

Don't do rounds with people whom are not your friends! or whom weigh double your weight! Set an alarm on your phone to tell you to go home! at a certain hour! if you think you cannot control yourself!

    What advice would you offer?

Spend half your paycheque on gambling so that you can't waste it on booze.

It means you have to go to the bar less often. Not too complicated a concept to understand really.

I'm in favour of them unless there are more than 5 or so in the round as it just gets messy then.

Not everyone is poor. I'd imagine a good % of the population are not worried about money and can afford a night out whenever they want one.

Having a few warm up beers during the week is a must as well

How drunk you are is strictly relative to how sober you might be on any given day.

Being drunk all the time is the best option.

Don't do rounds with people that weigh double your weight! Set an alarm on your phone to tell you to go! home!

Or you could just say f*ck it and see where the night takes you.

Drunk Hasmunch would find it hilarous that sober Hasmunch thought he wouldnt be able to control himself drinking and need to go home at 02.30am, drunk Hasmunch would keep drinking just to prove sober Hasmunch wrong.

It is the mext morning that Hasmunch realises he is an idiot for drinking too much and talking in the third peron too much.

Are you for real? You're missing the whole point of drinking at all if thats your attitude. Did you ever see the film "Road Trip"? Well EVERY night out is supposed to be like that when you're drinking, THATS what you aim for!

Otherwise, take up knitting or something.

Everytime lol, and then you promise yourself that you'll cut down on the drink the next time!

Just remember that alcohol impairs your judgement. So once you have gone past about 3 drinks you are best off asking others if you should have another drink or not. For girls, the best person to ask is probably whatever guy there seems like they fancy you the most, as you know they like you and will want to look out for you. For the lads it's probably best to defer to whatever one of your mates are the biggest booze hound, as they will obviously have the most experience at this sort of thing.

Excuse my ignorance, I'm a student and a lot of my friends are students so it's every man for himself when it comes to drinking.

Use less exclamation marks and people will think you're calm, cool and collected, whether sober or drunk.

If you are feeling like you can't drink anymore beer then don't. Switch to Jameson instead.
