Bluetooth in car turning off radio when turning on or off the phone

Hi all, I have a bluetooth handsfree setup in the car, I recently upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich, now if I turn the screen lock on or off the radio turns off for 5-6 seconds, it also happens if i adjust the volume on the handset. Its a Google Nexus, this didnt happen before software upgrade, any ideas on whats causing…
