Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi guys , im basically a beginner to the strength based/bodybuilding side of things. Im 20, 6"3 and about 12 stone. I want to put on a few stone in muscle mass while staying defined and maybe a bit more ripped.

I am basically looking for some advice of maybe online workouts to use, or any suggestions anyone has

nutrition: what to eat, when to eat, foods which burn fat etc

exercise: i used to run competitively but realise that this could burn muscle if i was to keep up a high level of long runs,

Starting Strength is as good as place as any to look at for a start.

    Whats your current diet like?

Lift weights, eat twice what you do currently, get plenty of sleep.
