Where to ride mini moto??

Bought the young lad a mini moto scrambler a couple of years back and it's just been sitting in the shed.. Was just wondering is there anywhere in Dublin he can ride it without the Garda taking it.. I'm in rathmines so anywhere near there cheers lads
