Outlook - get emails for calendar reminders?

He guys, I'm hoping someone can help me with this. In my last company we used Outlook 2007 - and at the same time as the 10 minute reminder popped up, it would also send you an email with the reminder of the upcoming calendar appointment. It's handy as often my reminder window is already open in the background with several overdue reminders, but also you get an email on your phone too.

I'm at a new company now and we have Outlook 2007 but I do no get Email Reminders. Does anyone know how to enable it?
