Replace 'this' hard drive with 'this' SSD possible?

Heyo A bit of a n00b when it comes to buying hard drives but anyway I'm looking to upgrade to an SSD to get a bit more kick out of my non-unibody Macbook pro and maybe B&U can help me Wondering If I can replace this old FUJITSU hard drive with this Corsair SSD ?

Yep, they're both SATA drives so it should be fine.
