Good Cheap Restaurant Galway City Centre??

Will be in Galway CC midweek and looking to find a good restaurant to eat in, at a reasonable enough price. Would appreciate it if people could make suggestions, don't know the city too well. Thanks.

It might not be fine dining to some but I love it sitting on a bench tucking in to a smoked cod and chips and some mushy peas. The long benches sitting amongst the families and tourists or watching life go by in the rain outside if you manage a window seat.
I am so hungry now thanks a lot.

Tamarind does amazing Asian cuisine for a tenner if you get there between 12 and 4.30.

Thai Garden do an earlybird special 5-7pm. 3course meal for 15/16euro.
Their food is so so good!

Riordans on Quay Street.

They do main courses such as Goujons, a fry, lasanga, bangers & mash, roast chicken, etc all for under €7.

Rouge, €15 a head for main course and amuse-bouche, you won't get better food in the city for that price.
