Sky+ recording but not pausing or rewinding.

    It's all in the title really. I have no problem recording channels but when I try to rewind or pause the 'live pause' icon comes up on the screen but nothing else. The programme continues to play. Does anyone know if it's a hardware or software issue?

    Did you re-boot the box? That should sort it.
