Why are you restricted to http://www.discountsupplements.ie?

Here are the prices for the first multi-vitamin on their page:

    Discount Supplements
    http://www.discountsupplements.ie/vitamins-minerals-multi-caps-p-77.html
    €34.99 + €5 delivery (unless you spend over €50)

    iHerb
    http://iherb.com/p/24763?at=0&rcode=ror319
    $25.79 + $4 delivery (which is €23.41 in total)

It’s possible that you’ll be hit with customs charges but it should still work out cheaper. I order all my multi-vitamins and fish oil from iHerb and have not been hit with customs charges yet (although I’ve only had 6 shipments as I only found them last year).

Solgar is the brand I use (based on recommendations on boards last year). It’s this one: http://iherb.com/p/11863?at=0&rcode=ror319

Also, you’ll get $5 off your first order if you use my referral code – ROR319

Disclosure: Although you’d get $5, I’d also get 4% of your total order value as a reward towards my next purchase.

Personally I find hpnutrition.ie or universalnutrition.ie the cheapest.
Here is the same multivitamin for €20 +€5 postage (free over €50)

I honestly don't know what the best option is in multivitamins hopefully someone who does will give better insight.

I know that a regular poster here, Transform, has recommended the multivitamin from iherb among other things on the site. He's a personal trainer based in Dublin that has got quality results with clients and has written articles for various places so i'd say they are a good site to buy multivitamins from.

I've tried and tested quite a few multivitamins, and to be honest, the ones I found the best were the ones I could get in Aldi. I forget how many are in it, but cheap and does the trick! Just my two cents :)
