BBC HD on Mvision HD-200

I have a MVision hd-200 box and was able to get channels such as BBC HD and BBC ONE HD on an Astrta 2A/2D satelllite. recently I cleared all my channel and reloaded FTA only, but now cannot get some channels such as the above. Please help.

try scanning 10847 V 23000 for BBC HDs

Thank you. I approximately tried your suggestion without success.
I used:
Satellite - Astra 2A/2D,
DiSEqC - off,
TP freq - 10847v,
LNB type - universal,
Channel option - free only,
Power - Auto.

However I now have found:

From your original scan, BBC-1 HD and BBC HD etc are listed in the boxes
memory with parameters for DVB-s etc.

When the parameters were changed for DVB-s2, the station id was not
changed so your box is blissfully unaware that anything has changed
for that particular SID even by rescanning because the SID has already
been found and is still in memory. Thus the box does not update the
actual transmission parameters.

So it is necessary to delete the changed stations so that their SID
goes from the list by eg deleting the whole transponder, and then
rescanning that transponder frequency. The stations are then
found again with the same SIDs but with the new parameters
and thus can be viewed.

After installing the latest software, I've lost the HDMI output.

You should do a web search of telephone MVision and ask them.

But what does this mean?
How do I delete the whole transponder, and then
rescanning that transponder frequency.
