Where is the best place to dine in Limerick?

I am hoping to be in Limerick soon. The last time I was in Limerick on a night out was about 10 years ago. Any suggestions for a couple to have a romantic meal? Thanks in anticipation.

There's a sticky at the top of the page which has reviews of nearly all the restaurants in town.
