Final Fantasy 7 and 8, wasted so much time on these.
    Pokemon Red.
    Deus Ex (Mostly online)
Championship/Football manager back in the day, don't play them much these days.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Gears Of War 2. The head shots from that sniper rifle are orgasmic.

Time Shift. Oldie but still brilliant

Return to Castle Wolfenstein (Nazi's and Zombies and Nazizombies, what more does a game need?)

GTA3 and San Andreas. Long after completing them (numerous times) i would still just drive around, killing people, listening to the radio stations.

    Great games.

Operation flashpoint. It had a tremendous amount of add ons and mods. Everything from guerilla warfare to Zombie outbreak simulators.

San Andreas, gave up hours of my life to it, I even still play it on occasion now. I had the map learned off eventually and could drive anywhere in the world on pure memory alone.

Wow Zool, I completely forgot how awesome it was, it was Sonic before Sonic existed...

I liked Zool but in fairness to Sonic it was first.

I devoted my life to FIFA '98, for a time. It was probably the first game I mastered, I won the WC on World Class with the Cook Islands, etc. It was a brilliant game. The indoor bit was the best.

Various Championship/Football Manager games have occupied my time for days on end. The whole "open-end" season makes me want to see how far I can go.

GTA San Andreas was another one. I played that all through transition year, it really is a doss year.

Crash Bandicoot 3: Man, that was a helluva challenge trying to get all the crystal's, gems and relics in that game.

Crash Team Racing: I'm not gonna lie...I thought it was actually better than Mario Kart.

Doom and Doom 2: I have no clue why FPS's like these aren't made anymore. Hell, it's still more original than many FPS's released today. I mean, how many of them have actual infighting on the enemies part? Thought so.

Warhawk: Quite possibly my most played online multiplayer game ever, Warhawk was just such a joy. It's one of the very few games where I actually joined a clan.

Gran Turismo 4: I don't think I've played a game more to death than this one. So many cars, tracks, challenges and the like. Shame you couldn't save mid race during endurance events, but I probably wasted about 1,000 hours on that thing.

World of Warcraft took up a lot of time. The civilisation and football manager franchises took a lot of my life too.

Years ago I nearly did serious damage to my wrist playing Sim City (the original one). Later on, Unreal Tournament, Red Alert 2 and Civ 2 would stand out for me.

Oh, and San Andreas, I believe I can give directions in it!

Goldeneye (All the cheats, unlocked 007 Mode)
Lylat Wars (Got all the medals, unlocked Expert Mode)
Diddy Kong Racing (Beat the Mirror-Adventure Mode, unlocked TT)

The last game on which I cleared everything (on single-player at least) was Modern Warfare 2. Brilliant game.

There was a time a few years back when I lived with a load of my friends and we used to do a leagues between 5/6 of us, drinking a few cans usually, those leagues got vicious. Also there was some wrestling game for the gamecube, twas unreal we had a title and stuff. Epic triple threat ladder matches. The memories :)
