You know the ones, you keep going back to them till you know every little thing about them.

    Mine are/were:
X-wing vs Tie fighter (fantastic atmosphere, epic battle and the balance of power add on really added a great campaign)
Freespace 2 (play this, nuff said
    Counter-strike (1.6 and earlier)
Red Alert 2 (skirmish after skirmish)
    Dota (Warcraft3 custom map)
Tyrian (a special mention for this I played this game inside out, discovered all the secrets and completed it on every difficulty level over and over again and Tyrian 2 and Tyrian 2000)
Warlord 3: Darklords Rising (turn based strategy)
Crush Deluxe (turn based futuristic hand egg with aliens)

Edit: Whoops could have sworn I posted this to the games section.

Final Fantasy 7, think I had over 200 hours play clocked on it.
Don't think I've ever given a game since then that much time. Well maybe a multiplayer game like battlefield or street fighter 2 but its different when your playing with/against someone

Mario 1, 2, 3 and Tetris on Nintendo Gameboy MK1. Had this consol on my travells around the US and Australia and these were the only games that appealed to me. Could reach the end of them flawlessy by the time I got back to Ireland. I bought the DS a few years ago and ended up moving it on, never the same.

    Championship Manager 01/02

Could buy a team for less than £20m and win the title in my first season.

StarWars Battle front 1 & 2. So many hours amassed playing 800 vs 800 conquest on Kashyyyk.

I did amass a shít load of hours on World of Warcraft for the few years I played it on and off, but I was never better than just mediocre and never played all of the game content.

    Syphon filter 2 aww yee.

oh also, GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas. I know so damn much about the world in GTA San Andreas, every nook and cranny, secret and easter egg. Tested all the myths and legends. I have spent so damn long playing that game.

Yeah, but I don't remember a title called "You Know Where the Door is". Was it like a Spy VS Spy set up or like Bomberman. Third person shooter or side scrolling platformer?

Double Dragon in the arcades, could finish it on one life at one time, best 20p you could spend back in those days.
