Anyone suggest a good light for my bike, is there such a thing as one that can be recharged as opposed to using batteries? I have seen a few on amazon that are called wind chargers, what does this mean?

    Thanks guys!

Most decent bike lights are powered by rechargeable batteries. Some come with a charger that you plug directly into the light so you don't have to (or cannot) remove the batteries.

You can also go down the dynamo route, which works out expensive and complicated in the short term but cheap and simple in the long term.

I have and would recommend -

    Front
    Hope Vision 1 €85 http://www.wiggle.co.uk/hope-vision-1-led-front-light/

    Rear
    Smart 1/2 Watt Rear Light €16 http://www.wiggle.co.uk/smart-12-watt-rear-light/

The Cateye Nano Shot is the one I went for. It throws out enough light to allow me to go along unlit roads at a normal pace. It's strong enough that car headlights don't drown it out and I don't need my eyes to readjust when they pass. The USB recharge is dead handy as well.

I know it's overkill but I use magicshines.
