Tis illegal. The way it works in some places is if a suspect skips bail, the hunter finds them for a portion of the amount liable, and are often employed as such by commercial bail money lending groups. Can't do it here though.

Years ago I hunted down Cadbury creme eggs, I only got one and I deemed it a failure, its was 3yrs old, when I opened the wrapper it uttered the words Da Da. So I ate the little bastard became a chocolate cannibal and gave up hunting. Wait is any of this making any sense to anybody
