Actually that's just seriously depressing shit. I'm talking about music bringing you to tears because it's awesome and/or beautiful, not depressing lyrics and downbeat chords making you suicidal in bed on a rainy day.

A lot of songs have brought tears to my eyes from shear awesomeness.
In fact, just 5 minutes ago "15 step" did. What a brilliant song
Lack of sleep may have been a contributing factor though, it tends to exaggerate my feelings0 -
